The registration deadline is May 03, 2024.

Registration fees include:

  • congress registration
  • accommodation in a university room (except for permanent researchers and industrialists)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch (university restaurants)
  • activities
  • gala dinner (an addition 20 euros for master 2 students is asked).

Registration process

The registration for the symposium has to be done by using a single form ".doc"  to download and send by email to «jnoejc2024-inscriptions@univ-rouen.fr ». If you want to register to the SCF in order to benefit from the SCF members fees, please contact cyprien.lemouchi@ensicaen.fr

The registration validation will be done when the payment of registration fees will be validated.

If an application for an oral and/or poster communication is wanted, you must submit a summary of your communication by using the templates available in the "presentation application" page by choosing either the oral communication template, the poster communication template or both.

 

Payment Process

1) Wire transfer

Bank transfers are to be made using the information given in a single document when you register. Purchase orders are to be issued by the supplier with the information given in the single document:
